1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Student") and Markets Pulse Pro ("Company", "we", "us"), the owner and operator of the Market Pulse educational brand and the website marketspulsepro.shop.

By accessing our website, enrolling in any course, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

• Past performance of any strategy discussed during training does not guarantee future results
• Trading in equities, derivatives, commodities, and currencies involves substantial risk of financial loss
• Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions and financial outcomes

3. Course Enrolment & Access

3.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in any Market Pulse course
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• One account per individual — sharing accounts is strictly prohibited

3.2 Course Access

• Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your enrolled course materials
• Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable
• Course access duration is as specified at the time of purchase (unless stated as "Lifetime")
• Market Pulse reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content with reasonable notice

3.3 Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain respectful conduct in all live sessions and community forums
• Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate account suspension
• Students may not use course access for commercial competitive purposes

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Market Pulse platform — including but not limited to videos, PDFs, slide decks, trading strategies, course materials, graphics, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Markets Pulse Pro.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or sell any course content
• You may not record live sessions, screen-share, or stream course content
• Downloading content for personal, offline use is permitted only where explicitly allowed by the platform
• Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action and account termination
• The "Market Pulse" brand name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Markets Pulse Pro

5. Payment Terms

• All course fees are quoted and payable in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
• Markets Pulse Pro does not store your payment card details on our servers
• GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian tax law
• Pricing is subject to change without notice for future enrolments
• Course fees once paid are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Markets Pulse Pro and Market Pulse shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses arising from trading activities
• Losses incurred by applying any strategy, technique, or concept learned through our courses
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in course delivery
• Actions or decisions made by students based on educational content
• Third-party website content linked from our platform

Our maximum aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for the specific course in question during the preceding 12 months.

7. User Responsibilities

As a Market Pulse student, you agree to:

• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Use the platform only for lawful, personal educational purposes
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform
• Provide accurate information during registration and course selection

8. Modifications to Services

Markets Pulse Pro reserves the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue any course, service, or feature at any time
• Change course pricing for future enrolments
• Update these Terms with 30 days' notice via email or website posting
• Restrict access for users who violate these Terms

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

These Terms are subject to applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, and other relevant statutes.

10. Termination

Markets Pulse Pro may terminate or suspend your account and course access immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent payment activities
• Attempt to redistribute, resell, or pirate course content
• Engage in abusive or disruptive behaviour

Upon termination, your right to access course materials ceases immediately. Refunds in such cases are subject to our Refund Policy and the nature of the violation.
