At Market Pulse (Markets Pulse Pro), we are committed to delivering high-quality trading education and ensuring your satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for course purchases made on our platform. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling.

1. General Refund Philosophy

Markets Pulse Pro invests significantly in developing, maintaining, and delivering high-quality trading education content. As such, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital educational products, where course content is immediately accessible upon successful payment.

We encourage all prospective students to:

  • Thoroughly review the course syllabus and description before enrolling
  • Contact our support team for a free consultation to ensure the right course fit
  • Attend free preview sessions or webinars (where available) before purchasing

2. Eligibility for Refund

2.1 Refund Window

Refund requests are accepted within 7 (seven) days of the date of course purchase, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

2.2 Conditions for Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered if:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • The student has accessed less than 20% of the total course content
  • The course content significantly differs from what was described at the time of purchase
  • A verifiable technical issue prevented course access for more than 72 continuous hours, not resolved by our support team
  • The student provides a valid reason for the refund request in writing

2.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase
  • More than 20% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded
  • The student has attended 2 or more live sessions as part of the course
  • The course has been completed and a certificate has been issued
  • The refund request is based on dissatisfaction with trading outcomes — we are an education provider, not a profit-guarantee service
  • The account has been terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • Purchases made during special promotional offers, flash sales, or bundled packages
  • Subscription-based or instalment payments once 2 or more instalments have been made

3. Live Sessions & Webinars

  • Fees paid for individual live trading sessions or standalone webinars are non-refundable once the session has commenced
  • If a live session is cancelled by Market Pulse, a full refund will be issued or the session rescheduled at the student's preference
  • Students who fail to attend a live session will not be entitled to a refund; recorded replays (where available) will be provided instead
  • Date changes to live sessions requested with less than 24 hours notice may not be accommodated

4. Course Cancellation by Market Pulse

In the rare event that Markets Pulse Pro cancels or permanently discontinues a course after enrolment:

  • Students will receive a full refund of the course fee paid
  • Alternatively, students may choose to transfer their enrolment to a comparable course of equal or lesser value
  • Students will be notified at least 7 days in advance of any planned course discontinuation
  • Refunds in such cases will be processed within 10–14 business days

5. Refund Process

5.1 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, students must:

  • Send an email to support@marketspulsepro.shop with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Full Name] – [Course Name]"
  • Include your registered email address, order/transaction ID, and date of purchase
  • Provide a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request

5.2 Processing Timeline

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days of receipt
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your request is approved or declined
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7–10 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary and are outside the control of Markets Pulse Pro

5.3 Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, Markets Pulse Pro may offer a partial refund at its sole discretion — for example, where a student has accessed a small portion of course content but has a compelling reason for the cancellation. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Course Transfer Policy

As an alternative to a refund, students may request to transfer their enrolment to a different Market Pulse course of equal or lesser value, subject to:

  • The transfer request being made within 7 days of the original purchase
  • No more than 10% of the original course content having been accessed
  • A one-time course transfer only — further transfers are not permitted
  • Approval by the Market Pulse support team

7. Payment Gateway & Charges

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, netbanking, etc.)
  • Any payment gateway processing fees charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable
  • GST and applicable taxes are non-refundable as per Indian tax regulations
  • Currency conversion fees (if applicable) are not covered by Markets Pulse Pro

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our decision on your refund request, you may escalate the matter by:

  • Contacting our support team for a second review: support@marketspulsepro.shop
  • Requesting escalation to our management team through the same email channel

All disputes arising from this policy shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent Indian courts. We are committed to resolving all disputes amicably and fairly.

9. Changes to This Policy

Markets Pulse Pro reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and on our website. The version of this policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your refund eligibility.
